Delete Your Account & Data

Catalogue — by Arcane Systems

You can delete your Catalogue account and all associated data at any time. We’re sorry to see you go — but it’s your data, and removing it is simple.

Delete in the app (fastest)

You can delete your account directly in Catalogue:

  1. Open Profile → Settings & Privacy.
  2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and all associated data are removed immediately.

Or request deletion by email

Prefer not to use the app? Email us from the address associated with your account:

  1. Send a message to arcanesystemsinc@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject line “Delete my Catalogue account.”
  3. So we can verify the request, send it from the email address you use to sign in to Catalogue.

What may be retained

We retain only the minimum information required by law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention and financial/transaction records (for example, subscription receipts held by Google Play). Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.

Guest (anonymous) accounts

If you use Catalogue as a guest, your data is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to our servers. Simply uninstalling the app removes that data.
